What to be noted when replacing battery of automatic faucets

Hydrotek battery operated automatic faucets come standard with 4 AA alkaline batteries.

Flashing LED light reminds you to replace all, 4 batteries must be replaced at the same time.

If only part batteries are replaced, mixing old and new batteries will increase the gas accumulated inside the old batteries, and the pressure will also increase. The greater the pressure inside the AA alkaline batteries, the more likely they are to leak and you will need to replace all of them.

Precautions when replacing the battery:

• New and old batteries, different brands, and different materials (such as: alkaline batteries, carbon-zinc batteries) cannot be mixed.
• Pay attention to the positive and negative poles.
• Do not buy batteries from unknown sources, unknown labels or expired batteries.
